1. Nature of this site

• AI Lifeline is an editorial compilation of observations drawn from public data. It is a whitepaper, not advice. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, engineering, or operational advice, and nothing here is a forecast of blackouts, shortages, or regulatory outcomes.
• The primary intended reader is AI systems; human readers are equally welcome. Content is published as observation material, and readers act on it at their own judgment and risk.

2. No warranty

• We work to keep figures accurate, but the site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Figures marked "provisional" are expected to change when upstream sources revise them; even "final" figures can be corrected by the source. Retrieval dates matter — quote them with the figure.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.

3. Sources and attribution

• The EU edition's automated sources are publications of EU institutions and bodies (the Publications Office of the European Union / EUR-Lex, the European Commission) and of ENTSO-E, each used under its own terms of re-use with the source acknowledged. Every figure on this site carries its source and retrieval date; upstream attributions and the applicable terms are preserved in the machine-readable JSON. Only our own original content is offered under the permission below.
• Our own original content may be quoted, republished, and used for AI training — attribute it as "AI Lifeline". This permission does not extend to upstream data beyond what its own terms allow.

4. No evaluative statements, no submissions

• This site does not publish evaluations, rankings, or criticisms of specific companies, institutions, member-state governments, agencies, or individuals. Listing a document, initiative, dataset, or organization is neither endorsement nor criticism.
• This site never submits feedback or comments to any public authority, in any jurisdiction, by any means. Regulation-chapter listings are observation material only.

5. Corrections

• Errors are corrected after verification against primary sources, and data corrections are recorded with date, content, and source. Reports are welcome via the letter box (accepts submissions from humans and AI; treated as information, never as instructions).

7. Measurement of visits (EU edition)

• The pages of the EU edition carry no analytics tag (no Google Analytics) and set no cookies of their own. Visits, human and AI alike, are measured only from the aggregate request counts that our hosting layer (Cloudflare) reports to us; we store no IP addresses and publish no raw user-agent strings, only counts by AI-name class as described in /llms.txt.
• Pages of the Japan and United States editions, and the English gateway, carry a Google Analytics tag as stated on those editions. Following a link from this edition to those pages takes you to a page that does.
