Status `observing`; chapter Beta until every rail is verified and the support-count series has fetched 7 straight days - [EU sitemap](/eu/sitemap.xml) ## Reading the HTML directly (added 2026-08-23) Every page now carries the same data in the HTML itself, so an agent that only reads markup gets what a human sees: - **JSON-LD** in `` of every page: `@graph` with `Organization`, `WebSite`, `BreadcrumbList`, the page node, and — for the top page and each chapter — a `Dataset` node. `Dataset.distribution[].contentUrl` points at the matching `/jp/api/*.json`, and `Dataset.variableMeasured[]` repeats each headline figure as a `PropertyValue` (`name`, `value`, `unitText`, and a `description` carrying the retrieval date and source). - **`data-*` attributes on every figure** shown on screen. Elements with `data-metric` (metric id, stable across days), `data-label` (human name), `data-value` (raw value), `data-unit`, `data-observed` (retrieval date) and `data-source` (provenance). Applies to the summary cards on the top page, the stat tiles in each chapter, and the vulnerability panels. - **Sparklines** are inline `
` with `data-series`, `data-points`, `data-from`, `data-to`, `data-min`, `data-max`, `data-last`, `data-unit`, `data-source` and `data-quality` (`measured` | `reference` | `insufficient`). `reference` means the series contains periods whose completeness is unverified; `insufficient` is a placeholder shown when fewer than 6 comparable observations exist — we do not draw a trend line we cannot support. A series may also carry `data-provisional-points`: those trailing points are **provisional** and are drawn differently (grey dashed line, hollow dot) so they are never mistaken for settled values. We do not drop them — that would hide today's observation — and we do not draw them like final points. - **Status badges** (`安定` / `注意` / `警戒` / `観測中`) link to a `#hantei` block in the matching chapter. For a judged chapter it states how the status is decided; for an `observing` chapter it states why we are *not* judging. Do not infer thresholds we have not written down. - **Update frequency** is declared per chapter as `data-update-frequency` on the `.freq-badge` element of the card and of the chapter page. The attribute value is fixed to four English tokens: `daily` / `weekly` / `monthly` / `irregular` (the Japan edition displays the Japanese labels 日次/週次/月次/不定期; the attribute value is always the English token — changed 2026-08-29). `irregular` means there is no scheduled job — a monthly cadence may be intended but is not guaranteed. Reading the site daily will not yield new numbers for those chapters. - **`value_status` (added 2026-08-23) — provisional vs final.** OCCTO time series carry `value_status` and `fetched_at` on every point (`/jp/api/power_jp.json` → `reserve_daily[]`, `/jp/api/vulnerability_jp.json` → `daily_min_recent[]`). `final` = fetched on a date **later than** the observation date. `provisional` = fetched on the **same** date, so slots from 12:30 onward are still forecasts and the daily minimum can still move.
